GD-FLEX heat exchangers are made by the high quality SUS316L corrugated stainless steel tubes ,
it have advantages in terms of performance,operating,efficiency,installation and service life.
The flexible stainless steel hose having the high heat exchange performance is decided by
its design. The thin-walled and flexible hoses are extremely sturdy and have an enlarged surface
for the heat exchange due to their corrugation profile.

More performance in less space
Compared to conventional, smooth tube designed models, the CSST tubes
have significantly enlarged surface ,
50 % more performance and high efficiency. CSST exchangers is high-performance,
compact and light ,which can be installed even in very confined spaces.
Temperature Transfer
Due to the optimized flow, the corrugations induce turbulence within the hose,
which results in a higher heat transfer rate compared to a smooth tube of the same length.
In contrast to laminar flow, mixing of the temperature layers occurs and the flow velocity
decreases in the middle of the hose. Both effects significantly increase the heat exchange
performance.
Targeted turbulence to prevent deposits
Targeted turbulence is generated by the corrugated profile, which mixes the flowing
medium evenly. Calcium deposits are thus prevented, resulting in stable performance
over the entire service life.
Customized Service
As a manufacturer, we are able to design and manufacture coils as a system according
to customer-specific designs and requirement.
The heat exchangers are available in a choice of lengths and can be equipped with
metal or plastic housings as well as a variety of connections. |
